The Young Fabians have adopted a new Transphobia Policy. Based on the policy developed by NGO TransActual, this policy covers everything YF does from how events are run & editorial policy to complaints handling.

I'm proud of what I've managed to achieve as safeguarding officer over the past 4 years, but looking at the likely makeup of YF next year, I don't feel comfortable continuing in the role
