I actually just got off the phone with tech-support again and they said it is still a known issue and still no timetable on when it will be resolved.

After 5 hours on the phone with countless different people, I went into the store. Including myself, 6 total customers sat in a circle around a phone all talking to @TMobile Tech Support and NOTHING has been resolved.
