@KitchenAidUSA @mkmTM2000 Reliable quality? Our stand mixer was used less than 10 times and a cheap pice of plastic on the throttle spring broke. Terrible customer service said “buy a new one” and blamed user error. Too many other options on the market to have such poor customer service.
