Do you hate government, like me, but get a little queasy at the thought of abolishing it? In my all-time most shared video, David D Friedman, son of Milton Friedman, explains succinctly how police, courts, and law itself might be provided in a free market: https://t.co/FWmOaKMi0z
US Begins Bombing Iran After Multiple Tankers Struck in Strait of Hormuz
Earlier, the US Treasury Department revoked an oil sanctions waiver from Iran

This guy has the same position as Tulsi Gabbard. Basically DNI. He's genocidal.
It's put up or shut up time for Trump and Vance. All the tough talk from them yesterday is meaningless if they don't punish Israel today.
Withhold aid. Withhold munitions. Withdraw our troops. Now.
Just drove across town to break into someone’s house. He tried to stop me from pouring gasoline all over his living room so I had to murder him in self-defense.
The Iranian navy, which has been destroyed eight times, has apparently closed the Strait of Hormuz again, because the United States, for the seventh time, won the war that wasn’t a war, so now the United States has to open the Strait of Hormuz that was already open before the not-war began.
The not-war began because Iran had uranium that was totally, completely, beautifully obliterated, so they can’t build the nuclear bomb they weren’t building, which is why the United States had to start the not-war it definitely didn’t start.
Now the United States, which has nuclear weapons, is threatening to use nuclear weapons to stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons, because nuclear weapons are far too dangerous for countries with nuclear weapons to allow other countries to have.
If the United States saw the United States doing what the United States does in other countries, the United States would invade the United States to liberate the United States from the tyranny of the United States.
De-ICE Citizens and Save Izzy Aly
Visibility Event · Volunteer organized
Saturday, June 6
1 – 3pm EDT
Gravel Lot outside GEO Group Moshannon Facility
100 Graham Station Rd
Philipsburg, PA 16866
About this event
Join Indivisible: Mayday and thousands of people across the country to send Citizens Bank a clear message: financing private prison and immigration detention facility operators The GEO Group and CoreCivic is bad for business. These companies are accused of denying emergency medical care to people like Izzy Aly. Izzy is a man with stage 3 kidney failure and says that he is not receiving adequate care as his condition continues to deteriorate in Moshannon Valley Detention Center in Clearfield County, which is operated by GEO Group. A coalition of groups is fighting for his immediate release so that he can receive the required medical care.
Citizens Bank is bankrolling the country’s two largest prison companies that are earning record profits operating dozens of ICE detention facilities. While most major banks have cut ties with CoreCivic and The GEO Group, Citizens Bank is deepening its financial support for these companies, which are already holding more than half of the 70,000 immigrants currently in ICE detention centers across the country.
Citizens bank continues to do this despite widespread accusations of forced labor and wrongful deaths due to understaffing and medical neglect at their facilities. Humans within these facilities report that they continue to wither medically while Geo Group and CoreCivic deny any wrongdoing.
We won't quietly stand by as Citizens continues to finance the private prison & ICE detention companies that are harming our communities. The 2019 exodus of banks from the industry in response to activism should be a reminder to us that our voices matter. Now it's time to use them. Visit https://t.co/zJymfFxWUR for more information and other actions you can take!
A core principle behind all Coalition events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values. We expect hosts to ensure all participants in your event uphold this commitment. We recommend all participants review a safety and security resource before your event, such as https://t.co/XSS4KnDtqm.

@LPNational Told ya.
Antifa / indivisible / soros / Atlas network takeover against the LP was conducted.
The LP is being run by criminal operators at this time.
Actual libertarians should understand that if they choose not to fight the good fight, they will lose.
@LPNational Maybe refocus on teaching and promoting actual libertarian principles rather than the endless boondoggle of ballot access, ballot access, ballot access that doesn't even move the needle for liberty. Look at us! We're doing something!
Have you heard of anyone terminating a pregnancy due to a cerebral palsy diagnosis?
No you haven't. Why? Because it's a birth injury.
Every argument for aborting a baby with a Down's diagnosis could be turned on newborns who develop cerebral palsy.
Cerebral palsy is often a worse disability than Downs. In its most severe cases, the child becomes a paraplegic who requires 24/7 care. I don't know a single person with Down's who requires that level of care.
Yet you're now recoiling at the thought of killing a newborn because they were injured.
It's morally abhorrent to kill anyone with a disability, wherever they're located. Transfer that feeling to the baby with Downs too.
The Venn diagram between people who think you should get fired for using the R word and people who think you should be able to euthanize your child if it has Down syndrome is almost a circle
Sadly, it's true. Amazon has elected not to move forward with the new Stargate series.
There's not much I can add beyond confirming what's happened. But I will say this...
Creator Martin Gero developed a new Stargate series over two years, ultimately crafting a show that offered a fresh jumping-on point for new viewers while deeply respecting existing canon. It was a series that avoided the pitfalls of several modern remakes and reboots by fully embracing the core of its predecessors: action, adventure, exploration, wonder, heart, humor, and found family. And based on that creative vision, the new Stargate series was greenlit in November of 2025.
As of today, officially, that original vision is no more. We'll never get the opportunity to introduce you to that world and those characters - or reintroduce you to, and check in with, some familiar faces from the past.
My heart breaks. For the incredibly talented writers who worked tirelessly to bring this show to life. For Martin who maintained an unwavering positive outlook throughout despite the challenges, and who always strove to make a show that would honor the fans while welcoming a new audiences. And for the long-suffering Stargate fandom who waited so long and came so close to getting a show they truly would have loved.
@RealAngelaMc Will be remembered for pioneering a unique federal strategy, where libertarians typically can expect to gain nothing, that saw the president of the united states come to our convention, pitch us, and even deliver on a couple of his promises. Despite all the himming and hawwing, it was the absolute best card to play in that moment and stands as a vital proof to of concept of what libertarians are capable of if we block up.
@hopbard Is a fantastic pick to lead the caucus moving forward. As chair of TN he has successfully pulled off both a focus on the leverage strategy, coalitioning and local level electoral strategy ala Project Decentralized Revolution. He has the skills, the experience and the personality to scale those qualities up with him through the MC.

I’m sorry but I laughed.
If “Jewish Dems” says Pride Month is Jewish, it’s fine, totally cool.
If random guy at the water cooler says Pride Month is Jewish, HR is giving him his walking papers and everyone in the cul de sac shuns his whole family forever.
The situation unfolding right now is the perfect example of why the majority of the American people have either outright rejected or are at least requestioning the US-Israeli relationship.
Currently, there is an obvious divergence between the US interests and the goals of the Israeli government.
We desperately need a deal to end this disastrous war and save the global economy. Trump obviously wants that at this point and has already said Israel was forbidden from attacking Lebanon. (You may recall every pro Israel account on here claiming this as proof that Trump calls the shots). The ceasefire that the President of the United States of America wants depends on Israel not attacking southern Lebanon.
So, Israel announces they’re doing it. The best Trump can say is no boots on the ground and he won’t even hold on that.
This is a country whose very survival let alone ability to conduct any of these elective wars is completely dependent on US tax payer money, and support. We unconditionally support them even as they undermine our nation.
This is beyond intolerable. You can call all of us every name in the book but it’s just too obvious.
I’ve been banned from the UK. I tried to get on a flight to London to attend SXSW London and give a speech at Oxford. I’ve been banned for criticizing Israel. Are we free anymore? This is oppression of Western citizens by our own governments on behalf of a different country!
