The Steam Controller comes with haptic dual trackpads and drift-resistant TMR magnetic joysticks, yet some people seem to call Steam crazy for pricing it at $99.

I never expected this controller to cost anywhere near in the range of $60 to $70.

Although $100 isn’t cheap, what you’re getting here is a controller that is going to last much longer than any of these other ones.

@OWAnonymous_ There’s a partial fix for this:

Open settings, then set the deadzones for both sticks to 0% and make sure ‘override’ is selected in both of the dropdowns (otherwise it won’t apply the fix).

This doesn’t completely fix it, but it makes it much better.

@Ninja_Crash @OWAnonymous_ I noticed this too. To fix, set “Gyro-Aiming Yaw Axis Sensitivity” to 0%. Also, try turning OFF Gyro-Aiming Aim Assist. The gyro specific Aim Assist can cause issues.

@Ridzilla Maybe make game sharing more ‘official’? De-mystify how it works and give it actual UX. Show which games in my library are mine vs my game share partner. Also let me share a purchased game w/ a friend for 2 weeks (like Nintendo now allows on Switch with virtual game cards).
