The Prophet ﷺ said: 'Do not marry close relatives, for the child will be born frail (ḍāwiyan),' meaning thin and weak.

So this means that Sahih Bukhari is also not reliable because it was written by a kafir??
⚡️ Today, Saudi Arabia’s Deputy Foreign Minister and an official Saudi delegation attended the funeral of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, and offered their condolences.
Some clerics have described Hamas as religiously deviant, and some have even declared them disbelievers because they accepted political and some military support from Iran. Those same clerics also consider Khamenei a disbeliever by consensus, and we know what the classical rulings say regarding that & all of the sudden remain silent.
So how do they reconcile those rulings with Saudi officials publicly attending Khamenei’s funeral and offering condolences ?
Is the answer simply diplomacy? Then why the “ deviancy “ of Hamas is only judged on a religious level ? Principled answer or selective application ?
Choose for yourself.

Question:
Is it permissible to sign a Normalization treaty with Israel greatly strengthening them, increasing their power/superiority, and empowering them in usurped Islamic lands?
Ibn Baz replied:
Yes it's permissible just like treaty of Hudaybiyyah.

Our shaykh, Abd al-Wahhab al-Anmati, narrated to us, saying: I heard Abu al-Hasan ibn Abi al-Fadl al-Hamadhani say:
Whenever my father wanted to discipline me, he would take a stick in his hand and say,
"I intend to discipline my son by striking him, as Allah has commanded," and then he would beat me.
Abu al-Hasan said: "Before he could finish forming his (niya) intention, I would run away."

✤ In his entry on the major Ashʿarite theologian and philosopher, Muḥammad of Ray (d. 1210 C.E.), he makes a passing comment on the nature of Abū al-Ḥasan (d. 936 C.E.):
“Abū al-Ḥasan, the Ashʿarite, the Kalām-theologian, the one who didn’t know which end of his two tails was longer. He was devoid of having literacy in either of the two philosophies, the Peripatetic and Illuminationist tradition. Nor does he know how to form a proper syllogism, nor provide a sound argument. He is a poor old man, lost between his previous theological schools, where he mixes things together haphazardly.”¹

Al-Hakim Abu Abd Allah al-Hafiz al-Naysaburi (321-405H) said:
"Al-Sayyid Abu Ja'far Muhammad Ibn Ja'far Ibn Muhammad Ibn Ahmad Ibn Harun Ibn Musa Ibn Ja'far Ibn Muhammad Ibn Ali Ibn al-Husayn Ibn Ali Ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him).
He was the foremost of the noble descendants of the Prophet (ashraf) in his time in his knowledge of genealogies, historical reports, and the notable events of people. He was among those who exerted themselves greatly in worship, consistent with the well-known affection attributed to him and his love for knowledge and its people.
I heard Abu Ja'far al-Musawi mention on more than one occasion that he worshipped Allah according to the jurisprudence (fiqh) of Malik ibn Anas. He heard hadith in Iraq from Abu al-Qasim al-Baghawi, Abu Muhammad Ibn Sa'id, and others of their rank; and in Rayy from Abu Muhammad Abd al-Rahman Ibn Abi Hatim. He narrated extensively from the members of his pure household.
He used to say: 'We are a household in which there is no taqiyyah (dissimulation) regarding three matters: performing abundant prayer, visiting the graves of the deceased, and refraining from wiping over leather socks (khuffayn).'"

Al-Sam'ani (d.562H) then adds he himself also accompanied his great grandson who also had the same name and kunya:
“In Baghdad there is a well-known shrine that people visit, called the Mashhad of Bab al-Tabn, and it is also known as the Cemeteries of Quraysh. I visited it more than once together with Muhammad, the grandson of Ali Ibn Musa al-Rida.”
[Ibid 11/520]
This great grandson of the earlier Abu Ja'far al-Musawi seems to be the one who was mentioned by Zahir al-Din Ali Ibn Zayd al-Bayhaqi al-Shahir bi-Ibn Funduq (d.565H), who said:
“Then, after al-Sayyid Abu Abd Allah (may Allah have mercy on him), the genealogist (nassabah) was al-Sayyid al-Imam Ja'far al-Musawi, namely:
al-Sayyid al-Imam, the genealogist of the East, Abu Ja'far Muhammad Ibn Ali Ibn Harun Ibn Muhammad Ibn Harun Ibn Muhammad Ibn Ja'far Ibn Muhammad ibn Ahmad Ibn Harun Ibn Musa Ibn Ja'far Ibn Muhammad Ibn Ali Ibn al-Husayn Ibn Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with them).
He was killed in Shawwal of the year 548 AH in the al-Jami' al-Mubayyi'; he was killed during the invasion. He had many books, but after his death they became dispersed, and no trace of them remained.
Al-Hakim Abu 'Abd Allah al-Hafiz of Nishapur, in an earlier period, mentioned al-Sayyid Abu Ja'far Muhammad Ibn Ja'far Ibn Harun Ibn Musa Ibn Ja'far (may Allah be pleased with them), describing him as a hadith scholar and genealogist. He quoted some of his poetry and transmitted hadiths from him.”
