Grok Bot can now use 1Password — share vault items, approve each fill, secrets stay in the password manager.

Official announcement plus screenshot: you pick what to share, you approve each fill, and the password never has to live in the chat. Follow-up: a direct partnership with 1Password so bots can manage credentials more safely.

This is the ops layer desks were missing. An agent that can sign in without ever seeing the secret is different from pasting passwords into a prompt. Bound it: this is a 1Password vault partnership, not “every password manager autofill works the same.”

Ask a quick question or hand over a report, and it keeps going even after you close the laptop. If something’s unclear, it asks; you keep the final say. Rolling out to Pro and Max over the next few weeks.

In the same conversation you can now make Claude Docs, Claude Slides, and Claude Design — draft a one-pager, turn it into a deck, mock the visual, without jumping to a separate tool. Official video is the proof.

Claude Code still owns the builder loop. This one-Claude surface is the knowledge-work cousin. Next to a Grok Bot desk — live company builds, many specialized bots — it’s a different bet: one surface that routes chat and agent work for you, versus a crew you staff yourself.

Bound it to the Pro and Max rollout for now. Don’t invent Team or Free timing beyond what Anthropic posted.

Grok Build just got persistent memory.....and it gets better the more you use it

It remembers conventions, decisions, and project facts across sessions.....so you don’t have to keep re-explaining the same context every time you come back

Notes get written in the background while you work. Later sessions read them before touching related code. Current chat still wins if you say something different.

Two new commands make it easy:
• /memory → browse what Grok Build remembers
• /dream → organize recent notes into useful topics

What’s interesting: this isn’t “AI that knows you.” It’s project memory you can open and check — and it only kicks in after the first completed turn in a new session.
