I ordered an @Uber today, a few minutes into my journey I realised the driver was drunk (or under the influence of drugs). He almost crashed into a car infront of us. I yelled at him and got out of the car and ran home (all whilst 7 months pregnant). No support from Uber so far!

I contacted them 6 hours ago to report it on the app. I also called the police and they asked me to obtain the drivers registration - no response or support from uber at all. That dangerous driver is on the road and could compromise the lives of others! @Uber appalling

@KngOfPlayGround @Hajj_nusuk I have the same issue. I called Nusuk they said it’s technical but it’s been the same thing for over a week now. Quite disappointing

@Akhilles_19 @vueling @vueling also lost my luggage and hasn’t returned it since April. A claim has supposedly gone through for which we still haven’t received the funds for. Finally, I’ve asked vueling to send me evidence they lost my luggage so I can share this with my insurer..

@Hajj_nusuk @Hajj_nusuk no one has come back to me on this. I just got an email saying my booking will be cancelled if I don’t pay by the 16th. As per my last message there is only 270 riyal outstanding…. Payment was made on Thursday… it’s sitting with Gulf bank

@Hajj_nusuk the full amount for my package was paid on the same day I booked. The money has been confirmed as received. Unfortunately due to FX l is a 270 SAR difference (0.1%). I have sent the money but my deadline is approaching. Will my package be cancelled over 0.1%?
