State leaders don't have to reinvent the wheel.
This week at ALEC, the Election Integrity Network team is equipping state lawmakers with the Model Election Laws Handbook—a practical blueprint for protecting states from the policies and vulnerabilities in California-style elections.
Policy Director Kathy Harms, Merissa Hamilton, and Charles Faltenovich are walking legislators through three core principles of election integrity:
✅ Authenticate the Voter
Ensure only eligible U.S. citizens register and vote through reliable identity and citizenship verification.
✅ Authenticate the Ballot
Strengthen chain of custody, ballot security, and transparent ballot processing.
✅ Authenticate the Count
Increase transparency, reconciliation, audits, and public confidence that every lawful ballot is counted accurately.
The solutions already exist. Now it's up to the states to lead.

@jennybethm@lisamurkowski Eligibility checks are always a prerequisite for any service or benefit, we need the SAVE America Act to put first things first in elections!
Alaska registers people to vote first, then asks non-citizens to fix it later. Their own election website says so.
The SAVE America Act fixes exactly that, and yet @LisaMurkowski says she's a "no."
Call and urge her to change from a "no" to a "YES."

Dear @LeaderJohnThune,
Use the talking filibuster to force Democrats to stand up and own their opposition to voter ID.
Their radical opposition to commonsense election integrity will fall flat.
This is simple stuff. Failure is not an option.
Sincerely,
The American People
Exciting news from @EIwatchdogs (Election Integrity Network) that they have released a new Model Election Law Handbook outlining how to create state laws that will increase voter confidence by embracing transparency and removing systemic vulnerabilities.👏https://t.co/0wc4tWmWGp
Union Corruption Exposed
@DeAngelisCorey joins @OANN's @FinePointOAN with @ChanelRion to reveal how far the government school cartel will go to push its political agenda, including using taxpayer resources to boost Democrat campaigns.
BREAKING: A Virginia school district used taxpayer resources to promote Democrat Abigail Spangberger at school during work hours.
District leaders coordinated with campaign staff and urged teachers to attend.
It looks like the district engaged in illegal electioneering.

"In a head-to-head race for the state legislature, a majority of voters (57%) would vote for the school choice candidate, while just 20% would vote for the anti-school choice candidate."

Meet JoeMichael Fusco, a Pharmacy Operations Manager for the Department of Medical Assistance Services, a @Virginiadotgov agency.
He has some thoughts about Charlie Kirk’s death. @GovernorVA, is this a guy you’re inclined to keep on the payroll?
Tweeted earlier about this guy.
We just had a 52-minute call about organizing and life.
There is a path forward, where we can disagree without being disagreeable.

Exciting progress for voter list maintenance in Virginia! @GovernorVA has issued an Executive Order directing Virginia to, among other things, continue and expand the use of the DHS SAVE aggregator to identify ineligible voters on Virginia's voter roll.
