It has been 9 days since I've cancelled my ticket. Your agent assured me that I'll get a full refund but I haven't heard from you folks at all. I am not even able to reach out to you. And I swear I'm not in the mood for any surprises with the refund!

It's been 20 days without any earphones. Who's going to compensate me for that?! 20 days of no earphones despite buying your flagship earphones.
Please don't talk in riddles and refund my money.
@JBLaudio@JBLSoundIn@JBLINDIA@jbl_india such a pathetic service from JBL. I bought your flagship TWS as a gift for someone with hopes that it would be amazing.
But you send me a defective product.
@JBLaudio@JBLSoundIn@JBLINDIA@jbl_india WHY CAN'T YOU SIMPLY REFUND MY MONEY BACK?
I can't wait half a month with my money stuck, no clear resolution in sight, and lost confidence in the brand.
Why do you want to even keep my money?
@Flipkart@flipkartsupport What is wrong with your support? The order pickup date keeps getting pushed to the next day every day. Am I ever going to get my money back?
@Workable I've been trying to connect with someone from your team for the last 3 weeks regarding an integration only to not hear back from you. What is up guys?
One way to find a startup idea:
1. Pick something people do often
2. Find a way to make it *much* easier to do
e.g. Buying groceries (@Instacart), designing (@canva), working out (@onepeloton), accepting money (@stripe@PayPal@Square), emailing (@Superhuman), odd jobs (@Upwork)
Too many tech companies' interview process is at least partially designed & implemented to make the *interviewer* feel smart & secure about the job they have.
Interviewers ought to approach interviews with an attitude of curiosity & assessment rather than hierarchy & judgement.
If you’re a Startup trying to compete with a Megacorp—the 800-pound Gorilla in the space—you need to understand the tax inherent to being a Gorilla
And then you need to make that tax work against the Gorilla—with your product's positioning & features
