Delivered a new @Generac nat-gas generator for the people of the @TOhousingON building at 310 Dundas. This required coordination with @TorontoPolice to briefly shut down Sherbourne, as well as with a crane company to ensure delivery to the rooftop went smoothly. @kristynwongtam

Today we are shutting down the power for the @TOhousing building at 275 Bleecker for 12 hours so that we can install ground fault protection for the aging electrical switchboard.

This will mitigate the risk of a catastrophic explosion like occurred at 650 Parliament in 2018.

@tdsb @normsworld Our company has five computer monitors in good condition, about three years old, that we no longer require.

If you know any school kids who are learning remotely and who don't have monitors at home, we would like to donate them. Please let us know.

Today we completed the installation and commissioning of a new natural gas generator for the @TOHousing buildings at 69 Holly & 70 Dunfield.

This replaces the old diesel generator. Nat-gas generators are more environmentally-friendly, have lower emissions, and are much quieter.

Thanks to everyone's patience @TOHousing 200 Wellesley - after 11 hours without power, the job is complete! The old 1950's switchboard now has ground fault protection, and the risk of a situation like 650 Parliament had two years ago has been mitigated.

Power now being restored.
