The crypto landscape is rapidly shifting from retail-centric to institutional-driven.
With the recent introduction of the GENIUS Act and the detailed guidelines released by the FDIC and Treasury in April 2026, institutional adoption is accelerating—and @ethereum remains a leading foundational infrastructure for this shift.
Member Spotlight: @radius_xyz 🔒
Radius is building a privacy-compliant execution layer for Ethereum - one that enables institutional finance to move onchain with control vs. compromise.
It’s a foundation layer designed for enterprise use across real-world financial workflows.
Radius is partnering with @superbridge to bring @signetsh → @ethereum bridging in the next phase of Signet.
Users will be able to bridge via Superbridge, with execution powered by the Radius Solver. ✨
Moving rollups forward is getting harder — block production turned into a capital game, and bridging still comes with cost + latency.
That’s why we’re partnering with @init4tech 🤝
Radius is officially joining @signetsh Protocol as a core builder and solver, helping bring a fairer, more efficient standard to rollup infrastructure.
📍Our focus:
- Fair block production : supporting Signet’s round-robin system so block production isn’t something you can buy.
- Atomic execution: everything succeeds together across Ethereum + Signet — or doesn’t execute at all.
- Solver-driven interoperability : supplying solver liquidity to move value without waiting on heavy proof workflows.
More fairness. Less friction. No Proofs, Just Markets. ⚡️
Public blockchains only scale to institutions when the rails are built for real-world risk and real-world accountability.
We are thrilled to welcome @radius_xyz as the newest member of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance, as we keep shaping Ethereum’s enterprise layer together 🍾
Over the last 6 months in New York, one thing has become very clear to us at Radius:
public blockchains like Ethereum are no longer an experiment for TradFi — they are becoming infrastructure.
Across conversations with financial institutions, especially around repo markets and cross-border payments, the signal is consistent.
Integration with Ethereum represents a structural shift, not an incremental improvement. A true breakthrough compared to anything we’ve seen before.
We’re now working closely with several institutions in NYC — running workshops and building PoCs around core financial primitives.
These may look like small steps today, but they are early markers of Ethereum’s growing institutional adoption and a broader transformation of the global financial system.
This is why our EEA membership @EntEthAlliance matters. We’re excited to work alongside others who see where this is heading — and are actively building toward it.
If there are projects you’d like to explore together, my DMs are open.
It’s official — Radius has joined the @EntEthAlliance (Enterprise Ethereum Alliance).
We’re building practical solutions for institutional-grade settlement on public blockchains — without adding opacity or systemic risk.
Aligned with the EEA’s goal of making Ethereum the foundation for an open, interoperable, and enterprise-ready digital economy, we’re excited to work with fellow members to accelerate this shared vision ✨

As we discovered, the South Korean community is ready to build the future 🇰🇷🌱
2025 marks a major inflection point for blockchain in America, where regulatory clarity shifts headwinds to tailwinds.
Since launching the first blockchain fund in the U.S., Pantera has supported founders to advance the future of finance and technology.
We are proud to collaborate with @SolanaInstitute and leaders across the ecosystem on policies that advance U.S. blockchain innovation.
Just got back from the OIF Catalyst workshop in San Martín de los Andes — an awesome mix of focused thinking, hands-on building, and good people.
Patagonia @JoinEdgeCity was a cool backdrop (way calmer than NYC), but the real highlight was digging into how @ethereumfndn focus on intents + interoperability can actually improve crypto UX in practice.
OIF - Open Intents Framework led by @lifiprotocol and @OpenZeppelin, fantastic work!!
We spent the week working with the OIF open-source stack: building cross-chain apps, ERC-7683 solvers, and testing out different settlement patterns. Once everyone started hacking, ideas basically turned into prototypes instantly — the pace was wild.
Huge thanks to @barnabemonnot for putting this together and for the invite. Walking away with a much clearer view of where intents are headed and genuinely excited for the next Catalyst.
More to come soon.
Institutional adoption will shape the next era of DeFi, but only if it’s built on open, permissionless rails.
Join @TreborYatska, Head of Product & BD at @radius_xyz, at @StakingSummit in Buenos Aires as he explores how to unlock true institutional DeFi on public chains.

Today we are introducing the 📊 Pantera DATBoard 🧮

DATs have exploded into mainstream conversation — but most analysis still revolves around a single number: mNAV.
We think that’s incomplete and DATs are heavily misunderstood.

💡 Final Thought @dcfintechweek#dcfintechweek
DC Fintech week wasn’t a conference — it was a quiet signal:
Regulators stopped mocking DeFi. They’re now building with it.
The pipes are being connected.
The next bull run won’t be meme coins — it’ll be market structure.
The plumbing of global finance is quietly being rebuilt — on-chain.
From SEC to NASDAQ to Citi, everyone’s now talking DeFi… just without saying the word.
🧵 What really changed at DC Fintech week this week (Oct 14-16 2025).
🧵 15. The new market rails are already being welded.
NASDAQ’s Eun Ah Choi: “We’ll use the same CUSIP, same data, same matching engine — but settle on blockchain.”
Robinhood’s EU division? Already issuing stock tokens on Ethereum.
The “Plumbing of DeFi” isn’t a metaphor anymore — it’s literally market infrastructure.
