@ipaddockapps I remember every one of the 8 days we did that, from oldest to youngest - and it never got easier? First was the worst for sure…but crap feelings every. single. time.

But I need you to escalate our grievances to where they can count? Our “service” in rural WA has been bloody hopeless for a long while now, and has honestly got worse.
@Telstra Thanks Phil - but honestly laughable as a response! Not a dig at you - but we’ve had so many complaints and frustrations I’m fatigued with Telstra now. Problem is - we have NO CHOICE out here, and Telstra know that…and do stuff all as a consequence
