We owe you an apology.
On October 20, we detected unauthorized access to our official website. After verifying API activity with Shopify, we confirmed on October 23 that a third party obtained customer shipping information. You trusted us with those details, and we're sorry we didn't keep them safe.
Exposed: names, contact details, shipping addresses, and order details (items and prices).
Not exposed: payment card or bank details, recovery phrases, private keys, or wallet passwords.
We've blocked access, fixed the vulnerability, opened an investigation, and are emailing affected customers.
Scammers may pose as Keystone by phone, text, email, or mail, offering refunds, replacement devices, or "fixes" for your order or address. None of it is from us.
NEVER share your recovery phrase or private keys, and NEVER enter your recovery phrase into a device you didn't order. We will never ask for them. Don't click links in unexpected messages. Type https://t.co/7km8AZM288 yourself.
A detailed report is coming soon.
Until then, trust only our official channels. If anything feels off, email [email protected]. We'd rather hear from you than have you take a chance.
Again, we're truly sorry to everyone affected.
@Airdrops_one@prlnet Ok, but having AI operators mine it is not sufficient for PEARL to have value. Who will use PEARL as a store of value ? If nobody does, then it has no value.
The sell pressure from miners exists for BTC, ZEC, LTC as well, it's not necessarily a problem. You could have miners holding the mined PEARL as well.
But PEARL would need to be adopted as a SoV. Why should BTC / ZEC / ETH holders adopt PEARL as SoV ? Unclear to me. Maybe because the budget for security / mining is guaranteed, financed by AI clients.
@zectrillionaire Use the browser extension "Control Panel for Twitter" which allows you to hide the "For You" tab. You'll get a much better experience.
@retard_quant@newl0re Yes, but these overhead costs are expected to be reduced in the future. And if the output (PEARL) is valuable enough to be profitable at the margin (vs pure inference), then it can work.
@GoodTexture@brezshares My understanding is, data centers who are already completing AI computations (inference), could mine PEARL on top of it / simultaneously.
It doesn't have to be the current PEARL miners providing computing services for AI.
BIG development for Zcash.
Developers have agreed on the activation block for NU7.
Block 3,543,405.
Targeting November 5.
And this upgrade is significant.
75 second blocks become 25 seconds.
That's 3X faster block production.
Faster confirmations.
Improved transaction capacity.
Better infrastructure for private payments.
All while preserving Zcash's 21 million supply cap and existing halving schedule.
Final software integration is still required.
But $ZEC just moved another step closer to one of its biggest network upgrades.
@jeremiahrogers@CatOfLongTails Doing that with the whole ZEC bag, at once and so early in the cycle? Seems quite a gamble, even if I recognize Pearl is interesting.
@yoshi_v1 It was launched in 2016 and discontinued in 2022, facing limitations now doesn't seem crazy to me. Apparently the onboard memory and RAM is to small for the current software / features.
Apple doesn't replace your Smartphone for free either.
This is what France needs. The autists to go ultra instinct and stand up. This photo deserves a Pulitzer. The autism shield says “Not today, villains.” He’s channeling his inner Goku. Iconic photo.
