If the engineer who set up your agent leaves and what it learned only lives in their head, it goes with them. At ZooWork our engineers handle setup, your experts decide what good looks like, and your team corrects the agent every day. https://t.co/OEatzk43AH
Ning Hu told a story at Assembling: an agent wanted to move stock to another store, and the store manager said no because that store had a local event the next day.
"FDEs install the agent. Your people teach it."
An FDE can wire up your systems in a week. But the store manager's the one who knows the supplier never delivers on Fridays, and if you run 2,000 stores you've got 2,000 of them.
Her three questions for your next leadership meeting:
Who can see what we send to models?
After a year of AI, what did it leave behind?
As we use more AI, does our cost per successful task go up or down?

Ning Hu's read at Assembling 2026 on Friday: most companies are still at L1, with AI tools everywhere and their workflows unchanged.
Her opening line: "In 2026, the question isn't whether you use AI. It's whether you own it."
Every task an agent runs leaves a record of what it was asked, what it did and how it went. Keep those records and they become your evals, your training data, and in time your own model.
Ning's version: "Whoever runs the agent owns the loop."
A lot of the Product Hunt comments asked the same thing: my agent works on my laptop, so how do I hand it to a client and keep updating it while they use it?
ZooWork is the AI agent delivery platform for FDEs and domain experts. It handles the laptop-to-client part. https://t.co/wszhcbNv8w
