Today, I delivered remarks at the launch of the books โA Daring in Novemberโ and โWhy ZANU PF Must Succeed: Golden Jubilee Reflectionsโ authored by Lungani Zwangobani at the National Art Gallery of Zimbabwe.
The event was graced by the Vice President of the Republic of Zimbabwe, Cde Col. (Rtd.) Dr. K.C.D. Mohadi, alongside senior Government officials, Party leadership, and distinguished guests.
In my remarks, I reflected on the critical role of literature in shaping national consciousness, preserving our liberation history, and inspiring the next generation to actively contribute towards the attainment of Vision 2030 and a prosperous Zimbabwe.
I commend the author for producing works that provoke thought, stimulate dialogue, and reinforce our collective commitment to nation-building and development.

-a minute of silence for heroes and heroines who passed on since the last PB meeting. May their souls rest in peace
-I warmly welcome you to the 393rd Ordinary Session of the PB. I recognise and welcome in a special way Gen. Rtd Cde P.V. Sibanda. He was known from the liberation struggle as Cde Gwenzi. I am confident that his experience will advance ongoing work towards growth and development of our party
-under ZANU PF our national values, rich knowledge systems continue to anchor ongoing development, modernisation and industrialisation agenda
-this session takes place as we conclude our cultural month commemorations. Through various events across the country, our diverse rich cultures were shared and transmitted to our people particularly the youth
-Cultural Diversity is a source of unity, social cohesion and sustainable development. It should never be a basis for division, conflict or discord. There is no culture superior than the other. I commend Byo Province, Ministry of Sport and other stakeholders for successfully hosting this year's edition of the culture celebrations
-the vision of a united integrated Africa must be pursued without any apologies
-as we approach our half year mark, and our next quarterly constitutional meetings scheduled for next month, Chairpersons of Standing Committees of the CC are called upon to prepare requisite reports
-the PB is urged to always serve with revolutionary vigilance, ideological clarity, intergrity and servantry leadership
-let us embrace digital technologies particularly AI in party operations, guided by our communication guidance and overaching AI Strategy
-under the 2nd Republic Government will continue to entrench an environment for women along with other citizens to excell in both public and private sectors
-the appointment of first female Chief Justice and Auditor General is testament of confidence my Administration has in the capabilities of our citizens including women and youth
-guaranteeing financial sustainability of our party should be everyone's member's responsibility
-I expect allocation of Party resources and assets to prioritise programs and activities projects that result in higher impacts and visible outcomes
-I was pleased to commission the new Varum beverages snack produ tion line and The Glovers Solar Project
-these projects among other investments are evidence of the confidence in our Party and Government Policies. I urge our citizens to celebrate these projects as they benefit everyone and our country
-Investments in our country regardless of where they happen, should be a rallying factor and never manipulated to sow seeds of divisions
-Under ZANU PF Zimbabwe will remain a competing destination where capital is safe. We are open for business
-I exhort us to carry on executing the work and responsibility entrusted to us by the Party with Patriotism and unity of purpose. Leaders should lead by example. I thank you
