@bikeshare any idea when the 4th and M SW docks will be installed properly? They are brand new and already been out of commission for multiple months. The last rack wasn't installed to spec, and it's half in the bike lane.

This metro access van has been parked in the crosswalk and blocking the bike lane for at least 20 minutes. Not sure why this is treated like a loading zone, but it's a recurring problem @metroaccess @wmata @wmataGM @BikeLaneBlocked

@slarjy @NatBCo I live in SW, travel frequently for work, and have biked to DCA at least half a dozen times. It's 20 minutes door to door - no waiting for metro, Uber, or traffic. By far the most convenient method for me.
