@virginmedia are you on a mission to self destruct? I'm currently paying £86 a month for 1gb broadband with sky and tnt sports etc. My contract is coming to an end so I've been speaking to your helpline. They offered me a worse package for, get this £186 a month! Time to cancel!

@virginmedia Hi, I got a call a few days later with an offer to get my existing package for £80. Unfortunately, I had already signed up to another provider by then. It's a shame your customers have to go through this. Come on! An increase of £100 per month is ridiculous!

@Gatwick_Airport, been standing in arrivals, baggage collection for about an hour, waiting for luggage. None of the belts are working. What's going on?

@easyJet, been waiting over an hour for luggage at Gatwick, from a flight from Tunisia. What could be taking so long? This is in addition to the hour delay and 30 mins waiting for landing gear after touch down. Absolutely, no updates!
