@asda_mobile hello, trying to sign up to a new 24 month sim plan and I got to the direct debit screen then nothing happened. SIM was still in my basket so tried again and now getting this once I go to the 'Checkout Now' page. Happens on mobile and desktop.

Hi @PureGym I need to update my membership plans as the gym I visit most often is not my home gym but is increasing in price - the online portal won't let me update (think it's because I have a corporate discount). How can I amend this please?

@UPS_UK I'd rather not thank you. Over an hour I've spent trying to change the delivery date on a parcel which you won't let me do because of various silly reasons. No other delivery company makes you jump through hoops to simply amend a delivery date.

@UPS_UK your user service is awful. I have parcel that I need to change the delivery date on. The app won't recognise the shipment as related to me despite the details being the same and I cannot change it on your website either. How do you expect me to proceed.

@cineworld It was C7 in screen 17. C8 was also broke so I couldn't even move to an empty one. Disappointed when you pay extra for a service and you don't get what you paid for.

@cineworld Unfortunately not. I couldn't find a staff member before the film started. I even had to scan myself into the screen as there were no staff on the ticket area.

@dusk_uk why am I being refunded only £10 for a product that cost £25? And why am I being partially refunded with a gift card - you don't allow exchanges so there's no way I could use a gift card to purchase the item I wanted if I need to wait two weeks for a refund.

Hello @BritishGasHelp. I have received my final bill which is completely wrong. You have ignored my meter readings and used estimated ones which are way higher than the actuals. This needs corrected as you are overcharging me.
