Keir Starmer appears absolutely fuming at Nigel Farage's response to Henry Nowak's murder
In PMQs, he tells the Reform leader: "I'm really shocked that he pretends to have respect for Henry's family and then acts in this way. They're a grieving family...
"They have lost their son in the most appalling circumstances. They make a simple plea of us as human beings to please not exploit that. That is their plea to us."
He says his focus has been on the lessons to be learned "so we can deliver justice", while Farage's response "has been to appeal for rage"
"That's his response to a father who's lost his son and asked for that not to happen. Exploiting this tragedy to create grievance and division would be wrong in any circumstances, but to do it when the family are expressly saying please don't is unforgivable. It shows exactly who he is."
Shabana Mahmood, the home secretary, gave a statement about the murder of Henry Nowak in the Commons. Nigel Farage couldn't be bothered to attend, but other Mps are asking her questions right now.
That "emergency address" was performative, and it was to sow division.

Whatever your view on independence, this is a basic democratic principle.
Scotland’s future should be up to the people who live here, not politicians at Westminster.
