There have been several mechanical issues causing delays. Now bc of the bag I was forced to check in, I can’t deplane and choose another airline like I would prefer to for safety concerns I now have. Otherwise, I have no guarantee of getting my bag back.

There are 17 gop states suing the federal government over the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act. The act protects access to very basic things, among which are:

- bathroom breaks
- access to water
- being able to sit or stand as needed
- allowing for lactation

So let's be clear, in gop states with unethical abortion bans where women are forced to go through pregnancy, the gop want to be able to not only disregard EMTALA, but they also want to get rid of very basic work place protections for those who are pregnant.

Patient could not afford SGLT2i that I prescribed for HF.

Understandable and common challenge.

Patient called insurance.

Insurance directed patient to glimepiride which would cost $5

Patient wants Rx for glimepiride.

This now requires 30 minutes of additional education.

And yet the insurance company will accept no responsibility or liability for providing medical advice (erroneous) to their enrolled patient who they won’t let me (the patient’s doctor) manage in accordance with guidelines.
