@makemytripcare @makemytrip : its been more than 72 hours but haven’t heard back from MMT and its been more than a week I first logged my complaint. Can’t believe if this is how @makemytrip care for its valuable and regular customers. Very disappointed. Can you guys look into this urgently?

@makemytrip @makemytripcare : what is process to log complaints against cab vendor. I had out station airport drop cab booked. Cab vendor was fraud & charged me for additional kms even without traveling beyond 250 Kms(included in fare). Please look into matter and take action.

@ukhomeoffice Very irresponsive service.I am waiting for redelivery of BRP of my wife & kid since more thn 30 days of providing confirmed delivery address. BRPs were returned bck to homeoffice becuase of mistake by courier company. Pls look into it I have some urgent travel plan.
