@CSI_Starbase I'm always unreasonably hyped for new CSI Starbase videos. I'm looking forward to it almost as much as to flight 12, and now we get both! I'd definetly be a member if I wasn't broke π
@mawoods076@CSI_Starbase It's true that the visible clouds are water vapor. But the Gas that was vented didn't just dissapear. It's low temperature caused condensation, but the gas is still there, traveling with that cloud.
@AB_Walker@DJSnM@Docquistador So once utopia is reached we are allowed to leave earth? Realistically there will always be deep concerning problems in any large society but earth is a better place today then at any point in the past. We won't ever fix all problems.

@LinusEkenstam@GeneSohoForum The upper middle class in the country side might be able to use solar (so those who are able to afford it anyway), but that is hardly a representitive portion of the population. The largerst portion pays more for energy while having effectively less to spend due to inflation.
@mmeijeri@SciGuySpace If you cancel SLS and Orion America won't be able to get back to the moon this decade. SLS and Orion should and probably will be canceled once a private alternative exists. But this will take many more years.

They roll the SLS to the pad to find these unforeseen problems. The fact that the rest of the WDR was successful means nothing if other problems persist.
@JessieJansons@wokebait@NASASpaceflight I'm not aware of any super heavy launch vehicle that has lauched without any form of flame diverter system. I was really suprised they attempted it at all and not at all suprised by the result.
@johnbeach001@Erdayastronaut@CSI_Starbase It would take many years to develop and certify it for crewed flights. In that time they'd be able to solve full reusability, orbital refueling and maybe even crewed launches.
