@DB_Bahn She bought, 49 euro ticket, ticket number AUFTRAGS-NR.539053756

She bought it thinking it would be for a month from today as we need it tomorrow but it’s for the month of November so ends today…. It was an honest mistake is there anyway to get the money back it’s not been used

@Hilton hello, how can I make a complaint about a recent stay for most of the stay it was incredible but one of my guests ( I booked 5 rooms ) had an awful experience with her room being moved 3 times during her stay due to an extremely bad odour on an entire floor
