@TUIUK hellish start to our holiday last weekend, 4 hour delay before getting a single update from Tui, then got delayed a further 27 hours😳 we spent 24 hour total in Manchester Airport, ended up cancelling and booked with @jet2tweets for 10 hours later and couldn’t fault them!
@Hillyh11711 @TUIUK@jet2tweets They gave us all the option to cancel and get a full refund or wait it out 27 hours for the next, although there wasn’t enough rooms for all everyone in hotels in Manchester so people were getting very frustrated. To be honest this was easy and we got the refund within 4 days!
Ever thought about booking a flight with @TUIUK ??… yeah don’t bother! Easily the worst holiday experience I’ve ever had and never even made it out of the country 👍🏼
