@_SainsburyQuery Not happy with the call I’ve received. Will DM to explain, but in short, random WhatsApp calls and request to download a random app to verify my ID is not a suitable resolution.
@sainsburys just received my delivery - ordered 3 Aveeno nappy creams (included in the 3 for 2 offer) but received 2x nappy creams and 1x moisturiser, which I don’t want. Is there any way I can get the free nappy cream I’m due? Or can you refund me for 1 so I can buy another?
@Se_Railway@_MrRLC I have to say this response is unhelpful and bordering on rude. Why should commuters travel to a different station? And ‘a little over a mile’ is not a negligible distance. I wish someone at @Se_Railway would acknowledge that this has been a total shambles.
@TfL your website is unacceptable. Why can’t I find a map of the congestion charge zone?! Surely this is a basic requirement?! And yet no doubt if I drive into it unawares and don’t pay, you won’t hesitate to send me a fine.
@LBofBexley The council’s response to this is so poor. I really don’t care that the majority of those on strike are the drivers, or that the dispute is between Serco and their staff. All I know is that I pay Bexley council for a service that is not being provided.
@LBofBexley your website says you will be providing regular updates on the rubbish collection strike, but there has been no update on Twitter. Do you have an update on when we can expect the bins to be collected? Now almost 3 days late and food waste sitting out in the sun.
@Bobby_Seagull@MastermindQuiz I was one of the drummers! It was truly my favourite summer ever, I’ll never forget it. Still makes me a bit weepy to think of it.
@theJeremyVine I just heard your caller susie whose mother is facing her last Xmas. I wanted to tell her that you can have a support bubble with someone who is the only non-disabled adult in a household. If her mum lives with just her husband, she should be fine?
@Se_Railway I understand that a cracked rail is not SE’s responsibility, but the contingency plan is. Issues like this are not unexpected (they happen so regularly that you should now expect them). Why are there not more Cannon St and Victoria trains running on all lines? It’s irresponsible.
@LBofBexley mayhem in Crayford, caused by unnecessary temporary traffic lights - no roadworks are even taking place but traffic is causing delays of an hour and gridlock in Sainsbury’s car park. Second time I’ve experienced this. Why has it happened again?
