$ASTS: 🚨 AST SPACEMOBILE NOTIFIES THE FCC THAT BB11, BB12 AND BB13 WERE LAUNCHED SUCCESSFULLY INTO LOW EARTH ORBIT AND ARE OPERATING NOMINALLY
🫡 BlueBirds 11, 12 and 13 are at an orbital altitude of 530km and inclination of 53 degrees as planned

$SPCX has now launched more than 2,000 Starlink satellites in 2026 alone.
That works out to ~8 satellites reaching orbit every day as SpaceX continues scaling the world’s largest satellite constellation.
$ASTS may be getting pulled deeper into the carriers satellite strategy after $T COO Jeff McElfresh publicly highlighted its FCC approval to test Grain Management’s 800 MHz spectrum.
The band matters because Grain’s 800 MHz sits next to AT&T and Verizon’s 850 MHz holdings making it a natural fit for broader carrier-backed D2D service.
What really stands out is McElfresh saying the progress “builds on our announced satellite-connectivity joint venture” which suggests AST’s testing could be tied directly to how that shared spectrum strategy comes together.

AST SpaceMobile × Vodafone | Commercial Agreement in Portugal 🇵🇹
Vodafone Portugal and Satellite Connect Europe have entered into a “commercial agreement” to launch satellite mobile connectivity in Portugal using standard smartphones.
Satellite Connect Europe is the joint venture between Vodafone and AST SpaceMobile.
The structure:
• Vodafone Portugal
• Satellite Connect Europe
• AST SpaceMobile BlueBird satellites
• Standard 4G/5G smartphones — no specialized device required
The service is designed to extend Vodafone’s terrestrial network into areas without ground-based coverage, enabling:
• Broadband data
• Voice calls
• SMS
The roadmap is particularly important:
Regulatory & spectrum approvals
→ Soft Launch
→ Commercial Availability
→ Targeting coverage of terrestrial dead zones across Portugal by the end of 2027
Vodafone Portugal aims to become the first operator in the country to provide satellite mobile connectivity to standard smartphones in areas beyond terrestrial coverage by the end of 2027.
The service is also intended to strengthen communications resilience during emergencies such as storms and power outages.
One phrase in the announcement stands out:
“Commercial Agreement.”
This goes beyond another technology demonstration or MOU.
Satellite Connect Europe’s strategy is becoming increasingly tangible at the country level:
• BlueBird
→ Satellite Connect Europe
→ European Ground Infrastructure
→ MNO Integration
→ Country-level Commercial Agreement
→ Soft Launch
→ Commercial Service
From technology demonstration toward real commercial network deployment.

$ASTS - Deutsche Bank sees AST SpaceMobile's government/other revenues hitting over $1B in revenues by 2029. I think think number is quite low.
It's not just the D2D market AST is targetting. Massive potential ahead in radar, first responder, PNT, tracking, IoT, signal intelligence/jamming, AI compute...etc etc.
Remember, AST management still targets $1B in revenues in the first year of commercial service.
The revenue inflection is happening very soon!

AST SpaceMobile $138 Bull Case vs. $46 Bear Case
FinanceFeeds has published a new bull/bear scenario analysis for AST SpaceMobile:
🐂 Bull Case: $138
🐻 Bear Case: $46
But the price targets aren't the most important part of the analysis.
The bigger story is a shift in the $ASTS investment thesis:
“Financing Risk → Execution Risk”
The key question is increasingly moving from:
“Does AST have enough capital to build the constellation?”
to:
“How quickly can AST deploy satellites and begin commercial service?”
Key metrics currently confirmed:
• Q2 revenue: $31.5M
• Q2 net loss: $230.9M
• BlueBird 7-related loss: $125.9M
• Contracted backlog: ~$1.3B
• FY2026 revenue guidance: $150M–$200M
• Satellites currently in orbit: 13
• Pro forma cash, cash equivalents & restricted cash: $3.8B+
• $1.15B convertible notes completed
• Coupon: 1.625%
• Effective conversion price with capped call: $149.20
• Effective dilution: <2%
🐂 $138 Bull Case
The key requirements are deployment and commercialization:
→ Accelerated BlueBird deployment
→ Reach the satellite threshold needed to begin initial commercial service
→ Convert carrier partnerships into live commercial services
→ Begin recognizing subscriber-driven revenue
🐻 $46 Bear Case
The bear case is increasingly less about immediate financing risk and more about DELAYS:
→ Additional launch failures
→ Launch schedule delays
→ Constellation deployment delays
→ Commercial service delays
→ Subscriber revenue pushed further out
BlueBird 7 demonstrated this risk clearly.
Insurance may recover the financial value of a lost satellite.
It cannot recover time.
That means some of the most important metrics for $ASTS going forward may not be short-term EPS.
Watch:
🛰️ BlueBirds actually in orbit
🚀 Launch cadence
📡 Markets entering live service
💰 First meaningful subscriber-driven commercial revenue
The $138 and $46 figures are FinanceFeeds scenarios — NOT Wall Street consensus price targets.
But the underlying question is increasingly clear:
AST has strengthened the financing side of the equation.
Now it has to prove execution.

AST SpaceMobi The Pieces of AST's European Commercialization Strategy Are Coming Together 🇪🇺
Individually, AST's recent European developments may look like separate announcements.
Put them together, and a much larger picture begins to emerge:
🛰️ Satellites
→ 🌍 European ground infrastructure
→ 📡 MNO network integration
→ 🤝 B2B
→ 📣 Local marketing & communications
→ 📱 Commercial service
Let's connect the dots.
1️⃣ Satellite Connect Europe officially launches
Satellite Connect Europe — the JV between AST SpaceMobile and Vodafone — has formally launched as an open-access D2D satellite broadband provider for European mobile network operators.
• Headquartered in Luxembourg
• 5 European ground stations planned
• Construction underway in Spain and the UK
• 3 additional locations being finalized
• Infrastructure designed to support full European coverage
Importantly, Satellite Connect Europe says it has:
“exclusive European access”
to AST SpaceMobile's LEO constellation.
2️⃣ Network integration with major European operators
Subject to regulatory approvals, AST is advancing network integration testing across:
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
🇮🇪 Ireland
🇷🇴 Romania
🇫🇷 France
🇨🇿 Czech Republic
🇩🇪 Germany
🇪🇸 Spain
🇺🇦 Ukraine
Working with:
• Vodafone
• Orange
• Telefónica
• Deutsche Telekom
• Vodafone Ukraine
The objective is to integrate AST's space-based cellular broadband seamlessly with existing terrestrial mobile networks using standard, unmodified smartphones.
3️⃣ Vodafone — from demonstration to permanent infrastructure
In January 2025, Vodafone demonstrated a space-based video call using AST SpaceMobile satellites and a standard smartphone from an area with no terrestrial mobile coverage.
The temporary satellite gateway built for that demonstration has since been moved to a permanent location.
Vodafone explains why:
“in preparation for commercial services planned to launch later in 2026.”
The progression is becoming clear:
Technology demonstration
→ Network integration
→ Permanent gateway infrastructure
→ Commercial service preparation
4️⃣ Now AST is hiring in Barcelona
On August 14, AST SpaceMobile posted a Marketing Designer position in Barcelona, Spain.
Responsibilities include:
• Marketing & Corporate Communications
• Collaboration with B2B teams
• External client-facing presentations
• Web, social media, newsletters & campaigns
• Localization for regional markets
• English + Spanish communication
The B2B and localization elements stand out.
One marketing hire does NOT prove commercialization or future revenue.
But it is consistent with AST building local organizational capabilities to support customers, partners and market-facing communications in Europe.
5️⃣ The bigger picture
Connect everything:
🛰️ BlueBird constellation
↓
🌍 Satellite Connect Europe
↓
📡 5 European ground stations
↓
🤝 Vodafone / Orange / Telefónica / Deutsche Telekom and others

💰 Commercial service
The important shift isn't simply that AST is accumulating more partnerships.
Multiple layers required for commercialization — satellites, terrestrial infrastructure, carrier integration and local organizational capabilities — are being built in parallel.
Now watch for the milestones that matter most:
➡️ Regulatory approvals
➡️ Additional BlueBird deployments
➡️ Continuous coverage
➡️ Commercial service activation
➡️ And ultimately, real usage and revenue
The next phase for $ASTS is increasingly about turning proven technology and infrastructure into a scalable commercial network.

$ASTS and Rakuten are selected for Japan’s ~$1B J-LEO satellite communications project with Rakuten targeting Q4 2026 for initial commercial AST SpaceMobile service.
The award gives the partnership a path to build and operate sovereign satellite infrastructure in Japan while expanding ASTS from carrier coverage into nationally strategic communications infrastructure.
The market will kick off with earnings from AST SpaceMobile $ASTS coming week, which will report its earnings on Monday (tomorrow) after the close.
What to expect for Q2 2026?
Revenue: $34.4M
EPS: -$0.29
Obviously, since $ASTS is still pre-commercial revenue, a miss or beat isn't of much importance. All eyes will be on the guidance and management's commentary on the the build of new Bluebirds. And perhaps we'll know more about the Japanese J-LEO award which presumably goes to AST SpaceMobile and Rakuten.
Let's see what they report tomorrow!
BREAKING 🚨
$ASTS BlueBird satellites capture over 3,000 Watts of power per array in Low Earth Orbit.
That’s enough electricity to power an average household, beamed directly to standard mobile phones.
Starlink DTC is doing text testing at 2 Mbps. $ASTS is streaming 4K video from space. Physics doesn't lie.
Successful launch… again!🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀 🚀🚀 🚀

BlueBirds 14, 15, and 16 to follow soon after, with production underway in Texas through spacecraft 42.
We now have ~20,000 sq ft of combined aperture hardware in Space! Bigger is better and we have the biggest!!!
Beta service around the corner! 🤠 🇺🇸🌎📶📱
$SPCX Falcon 9 successfully deployed $ASTS BlueBirds 11–13 into orbit.
A major milestone for AST SpaceMobile as it accelerates the buildout of its commercial constellation.
$SPCX says Starlink Mobile launches late 2027, using EchoStar spectrum and cellular radios mounted on existing rooftop Starlink dishes to compete directly with $T, $VZ and $TMUS as a "true fourth carrier".
That makes $ASTS more valuable to carriers because T-Mobile’s satellite partner is becoming a competitor while AST remains the independent option across 50+ operators.
$ASTS and $META are now building WhatsApp over AST’s network for direct-to-device voice, video, messaging and Meta AI worldwide.
The partnership also explores space-edge computing, laser backbones and cloud integration for seamless satellite-to-terrestrial coverage.
