I have just learnt that Senator Cyrus Jirongo passed away last December in a motor accident. I was not aware that he had died.
This is very sad. Jirongo was a good and patriotic leader who served his country with dedication. We shall miss him. My condolences go to his family, relatives, friends and the people of Kenya. May his soul rest in peace.
Men,
Once you buy land, here is what you MUST do:
• Fence it
• Sink a borehole
• Build a pit latrine at the far end corner
• Identify the gate and mark it
These the first important 4 steps.
Dont just jump and start building.
Build first the foundation of declaring your boundary.

You have a window between 23-29, where your spirit & vitals are at their fiercest. Do everything within your power to realize your dreams. Do your utmost. After that, living is, for the most part, just dying. A little everyday. A wound you can stitch, not so much a torn spirit.
People don't care about your success stories. They are interested in your failure, so that they can gossip, laugh, mock and enjoy your failure.
Your success angers them.
Naona comments mko surprised. Before Sifuna was elected as a senator in 2022 he used to be known for saying wild things. Like this video of an exchange between him & Aisha Jumwa was so bad he was summoned by NCIC. It's really bad. There are no saints in Kenyan politics.
42-year old male, married with 3 kids aged 15, 9, and 3. Trapped in a Sh 1.6M loan balance, repaying Sh 22K p.m for the next 6 years.
Net salary Sh 28K, hardly sustains needs, forced to take short term app debts.
Is it viable to sell land I inherited in a prime location for Sh 2.5M? How do I plan the money so I achieve financial independence? >>
