I think this is especially true of early stage PhD students. Every ECR event I have attended recently has included numerous students asking for support on imposter syndrome and anxiety/depression. You should not have to suffer to get an advanced degree.
I really enjoyed the Metabolomics 2022 conference. I learned a lot, caught up with old friends and the weather in Valencia was a bonus! I also got to present some of the work from my thesis.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an undergraduate student. I was the UGR in 2018 and gained a ton of experience and had A LOT of fun. The workload is perfectly manageable during your studies and the committee are all friendly and helpful. Join us! Happy to answer any Q's.
This is going to be a great event, and I can't wait to see everyone in person again. We have all missed opportunities to present work due to the pandemic, so if you have some data you want to share, submit an abstract and come along!
Only 3 days left to get your abstracts in for #SfAMECS2022! Our Early Career Scientists Research Symposium is organised by our #SfAMECS Committee especially for early career scientists to present their work! Register here: https://t.co/ntA6QCJt3n
