@FirstWestYorks my sister - who has a learning disability- was on your 4pm X84 Ilkley-Leeds service yesterday when your driver failed to stop, despite her repeatedly pressing the bell. He finally decided to stop 4 stops later after being v rude to her. This is not good enough!!
