Hey @eBay / @RoyalMail, I'd rather you said nothing than something that just isn't true. Sure there's the "*Please be aware any time or date shown is not a guarantee." disclaimer, but disappointment leaves a greater negative feeling than simply not knowing.

@GWRHelp Said that it was now late night (just after 8pm) and upgrades were finished, or words to that effect, and the train manager was at the other end of the train. They're on the service I'm going back on now so let's see what happens :)
