@M_B_Petersen You assume that propaganda aim to make people flip their existing beliefs. But many propaganda target people with no prior knowledge on the subject, and/or use false narratives that are compatible or minimally counterintuitive to their existing beliefs.
Huh? Twitter now prompts people to read before retweet? Seems like a great idea to combat clickbait, though I wonder: will surviving false information be harder to kill, or perhaps easier because people have more time to fact check and respond before they go viral?
