The first thing every guest's kid want from my house is the stuffed teddy my husband bought for me. And everytime the parents are like "awww beta apko lena hai ye? G g hum ghar lay k jaingy isko bhi" kyun bay???? Teray baap ka raaj hai???
That’s how they spend their days; without any recognition, zero protocol, minimal facilities, no mics on collar, no army of people barging in with them to places. These are the unsung heroes!
Growing up made me realise that now I’m the man with anger issues. I’m the one who can’t handle a difference in opinion. I’m the one who wants to micromanage everyone in my life because not being in control gives me anxiety. We do become what we hate.
I absolutely love how I’m cozy in my bed, doomscrolling on my phone, covered in my phoolon wali razayi and the cold winter rain is pattering on my window giving a natural lullaby to which I can fall asleep to.
