@IKEAUSA emailed customer service about damaged items in order a week ago, no answer. Called your customer service phone line several times, only to be kicked off by your automated message each time! Incredibly frustrating. I’d i don’t agree to take your survey, it cuts me off!
@NYSC@NYSC Same at 145th st. They claim the heat is broke for the TWELFTH WEEK IN A ROW! They kept the only fan at reception (beyond audacious) and the member consultant was incredibly rude when I approached him. Unacceptable NYSC!
@Ask_Spectrum Assured problem would be fixed today, tech arrives can’t do it, orders a second tech who leaves without completing the job. Called Despatch team leader who swore that issue would be resolved today, and no answer from him. This is after THREE DAYS of calls and tech visits.
