@sainsburys @nectar - how do I escalate a complaint when I made contact following fraudulent use of my points, your advisor in Dehli confirmed you are aware of scam , are letting the scam happen and then accused me of being a racist and ruining her day?

@easyJet - a delayed flight meant I missed my connecting travel at my end destination, and I had to book a hotel and alternative travel the next day

You rejected my claim saying the flight wasnt delayed long enough (I disagree) as your delay meant I was stuck

How do I appeal?

Lucy Davies from Swansea was recently awarded a Flame of Hope Volunteer of the Year award. She has volunteered at over 100 events and makes a huge difference thanks to her commitment and hard work

“I’ve gained a second family through Cancer Research UK and I’ve made some wonderful friends.

“One of the roles I do quite a lot is volunteer manager at Race for Life events. There is a lovely family feel at the event and it’s wonderful to see the sense of achievement and purpose people experience by taking part.”
