@premierinn just curious on why if a room is ready and available, with just 45mins until check in, you wont let a guest access the room unless they pay an additional fee?
@sainsburys@nectar - how do I escalate a complaint when I made contact following fraudulent use of my points, your advisor in Dehli confirmed you are aware of scam , are letting the scam happen and then accused me of being a racist and ruining her day?
@easyJet - a delayed flight meant I missed my connecting travel at my end destination, and I had to book a hotel and alternative travel the next day
You rejected my claim saying the flight wasnt delayed long enough (I disagree) as your delay meant I was stuck
How do I appeal?
@easyJet - my delayed flight from Prague to Bristol means I will miss my bus with no other way to travel home this evening
How can I claim the cost of a hotel Ive had to book for the night along with having to sort a new bus or train tomorrow?
For day 5 of #VolunteersWeek, Linny from Swansea, a @CR_UK volunteer of 10 years, shares why she loves helping out at our Race for Life events:
"I volunteer because it really is the best job in the world! I love hearing the reasons why people take part and fundraise.
"You will find me mainly at the Admin tent dealing with enquiries or doing whatever else is needed on the day. I've made so many friends and met some inspirational people - I look forward to the next 10 years ๐ฉท"
Lucy Davies from Swansea was recently awarded a Flame of Hope Volunteer of the Year award. She has volunteered at over 100 events and makes a huge difference thanks to her commitment and hard work
โIโve gained a second family through Cancer Research UK and Iโve made some wonderful friends.
โOne of the roles I do quite a lot is volunteer manager at Race for Life events. There is a lovely family feel at the event and itโs wonderful to see the sense of achievement and purpose people experience by taking part.โ

Really enjoyed the 2nd instalment of the DS McBride series! Love reading books set โback homeโ in Belfast, Northern Ireland! Look forward to the next instalment @JoyceWoollcott
Got a nice interview in my hometown paper, The Belfast Telegraph. Check it out if you have a moment because there's more to that lovely city and those great people than 'The Troubles,' and that's what I try to show in my books. https://t.co/IvjzNb0ex2
There would not be enough characters to actually try and convey the impact this book has had on me, so I share this which I just posted to IG
Easily the most powerful story I have read, and absolutely devastating that this actually happened to people๐
