Yield Tranche pools let users decide whether they want a Senior or Junior risk exposure to the underlying.

This mechanism allows you to divide your assets into different "tranches" or layers, each with a different level of risk. This way, you can allocate a portion of your assets to both higher-risk, higher-reward opportunities and another portion to more conservative, lower-risk investments.
For a brief difference; the Senior tranches offer more protection but lower yields, while Junior tranches offer higher yields with a higher risk, as they provide first-loss capital to the Senior counterparty. Cleared? Onto the next!

The latest strategy, the RWA Best Yield, offers a diversified and covered institutional crediting lending pool that blends together features of the whole product suite. The aim is to simplify access to institutional real-world asset (RWA) credit lending.

》Diversification: a feature that splits users' funds across different lending pools to minimize risk and maximize return.

》Coverage: the vault uses only Senior tranches as the underlying markets with built-in coverage on the funds deposited.

》Institutional Credit: the strategy gives exposure to the institutional borrowing pools of @FasanaraDigital, @BastionTrading, and Portofino Technologies, to give liquidity providers access to credit markets in a unique fashion.

It's now available on @Optimism with a fixed allocation that makes it easier to invest in the tokenized credit market and lets you worry less about monitoring or adjusting your position.
In this regard, there's a provision for no performance fees for the 1st month and weekly OP rewards to further increase the APY offered bringing the yield generated to up to 25%.
