The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends towards justice. Except it doesnt bend on its own—it bends because we pull it in the direction of justice. What keeps me hopeful during times like these is being surrounded by people who are doing just that.
The man behind the digital ID push is Larry Ellison, owner of Oracle, CBS, CNN, and, soon, TikTok. He wants data centralization and total surveillance. "Citizens will be on their best behavior because we're constantly watching & recording everything that's going on." Terrifying.

Cynicism is not a mark of intelligence. It's a defense mechanism to avoid being exploited.
192k adults, 30 countries: People with poor reasoning skills are more likely to see human nature as selfish and untrustworthy.

It’s how you show up when sleep deprived, stressed and not knowing the answer.

Remote work doesn't thwart productivity. It boosts focus.
Data: Government workers are 12% more productive when randomly assigned to work from home. They're more efficient where it's quiet.

"Necessity is the mother of invention" Being a little uncomfortable is good. It makes you think outside the box, it makes you think about options you wouldn't normally consider. This is the way it is in every aspect of life, even art. Artist's don't create something because it has been done before. They create something they feel the world needs or that they just have to get out of their head. Same with technologists. Same with everything.
@CryptoParadyme lol well done. If you want to build strength, go for 6 to 8 max reps.m (and max 3 sets, with min 2 min rests). You can add 5% every week or two even if just doing a full leg press session per week. Make sure you don’t lock your legs/knees on the stretch.

3/ Your prevailing emotional state determines your level of consciousness.
Each state corresponds to an energy level (or frequency).
Raising your level of consciousness means raising your frequency.
If you're skeptical, consider this explanation:
Your attention span isn’t fixed. It increases with practice.
Evidence: After 20min sessions solving cognitively challenging problems (10-20hrs total), students show significant gains in sustained focus and test scores.
Like physical stamina, mental stamina requires exercise.
New Taliban rule:

This comes after other rulings that women are forbidden from making sounds or even speaking to each other.
