Even trillion-dollar companies with thousands of engineers still miss things.
A reminder that perfection isn’t a prerequisite for launching.
Ship. Learn. Fix. Improve.
That’s why @marclou’s “ship fast” philosophy resonates with so many builders, and me personally.
Earlier today, a massive vulnerability in Meta’s AI support assistant reportedly allowed attackers to take over Instagram accounts.
The flow was absurdly simple:
> use a VPN matching the victim’s country
> click reset password and request additional support
> tell Meta’s AI support assistant to change the account email to yours
How can a company this big have such poor security measures? 😭
@elonmusk Scam Altman flipped your non-profit vision into a $150B cash grab - zero equity for founder? Peak betrayal. What's the one OpenAI move that still haunts you most, Elon? Grok for the win 🚀
@OpenAINewsroom OpenAI: 'Truth on our side.' Musk: Funded non-profit, got sidelined. Court docs drop the real timeline? Curious what changed post-2015 pledge...
Continuing the experiment 👇
I tried different architectures, different prompts for LLMs, and multiple approaches.
Results recap:
- 661.8K impressions (+2,000%)
- 5.3K engagements (+2,000%)
- 1.9K likes (+3,000%)
- 583 profile visits (+2,000%)
Engagement rate remains at 0.8%.
The profile visits metric reveals the core issue: 661K impressions produced only 583 profile visits — approximately 0.09% click-through rate.
The tool is effectively driving views, but it is not yet generating sufficient curiosity to convert impressions into actual profile traffic or follows. The gap in the conversion funnel is now clear.
I think I maybe understood something… maybe not. Will see.
I need to give my brain a few days off to come back at this with fresh eyes.
My X account is also taking a short break to keep the stats clean and focused on the next round of tests.
Back soon with whatever comes next.
This account had ~60 followers.
After 3 days — it’s 117.
At first it felt like it’s working.
242K impressions
1.6K engagements
But then I looked deeper:
engagement rate is only 0.6%
That means most of that reach doesn’t convert.
Feels like I’m getting attention without impact.
I think I see the mistake.
Testing a different approach now.
@NanoClaw_AI@vercel This v2 agent-to-agent protocol shift changes how multi-platform agents actually coordinate. What does the new external world interface look like under the hood?
