@KiaUK your aftersales service is so poor. I own a 2019 optima with auto gearbox. The car has covered just 28k miles. There seems to be an issue with the car engaging first gear and shuddered when accelerating from 50 to 70 on motorway. Your dealers cant fit me in until Oct

I need the car for work and do not have access to another car. Your dealers are also suggesting I need to pay 600 quid for inspection. Let me repeat this. 28k mile 2019 optima with a gearbox issue and I have to agree to pay for you to find he fault.

@TUIUK viva wyndham dominic beach is shocking. I've saved for years to come here. The staff are rude. The hotel is run down air con doesnt work, showers are at best cold at worst dont work at all and your website lies about services including resturants. Everyone should avoid.

@TUIUK The staff genuinely do not want to help you and you still did not respond to the lies on your website. We booked this holiday because of restaurants and activities. They even charge extra for an ice cream cone. Your website states many restaurants, most are not open to us.

@TUIUK The rep cant assist me. These people have no intention of helping. We have a massive room with a sofa area which could comfortably take a double bed. They have spare beds on resort for when one breaks but they point blank refuse to put one in our room.

You have staff trying to get me to book again, as if I would ruin anither holiday Plenty resorts offer incredible service and value. All I've seen from your hotel is poor management/quality. I assume that comes from the very top of your organisation.

@WyndhamHotels your Viva Dominica beach is shocking. Your staff are rude. Your hotel is run down. Been here 2 days and constant issues with shower and aircon. Service is shocking included the services you offer, you even charge for floodlights on tennis ans an ice cream.
