Very disappointed with @British_Airways. BA717 was delayed by 1h48m, meaning I missed the last coach to Cardiff after baggage reclaim. Had to spend the night in T5 with no hotel rooms available, plus £47.27 extra in FlixBus costs. Please advise on compensation/reimbursement.

@WhoGivesACrapTP so I ordered TP from you on 15 November. Evri didn’t even attempt delivery, instead deciding that it was best to return it to you. I’m £30 down, running out of loo roll and am bored of trying to get hold of a human at Evri to sort it out. Can you fix this please?

@OVOEnergy got my final bill and a confirmation you’re due me a £60.37 refund of credit by email at the same time as a confirmation of my direct debit being cancelled. That wasn’t at my request - how will you now be paying me the refund please?

@TalkTalk it’s now 18:23 on my broadband activation date (that I’ve waited over two weeks for) and still no broadband. Will it now be tomorrow before this is activated?

@PetsatHome Nowhere on your website does it tell me there is a threshold spend for free delivery though - and I actively looked for this information. Plus, the screenshot of the order summary clearly says “free delivery available”. You can see why I’m irritated by this, right?

@Shelter is it unfair for a landlord to add a clause to an AST agreement stating I need written permission from the landlord to bring any items of furniture (it’s a fully furnished flat).

@AngusAllan66 @conor_matchett @EdinburghUni Edinburgh (usually) receives more ucas applications annually than Oxford and Cambridge put together. They are required to give equal consideration to ALL applications submitted by the 25 Jan deadline, and have until 18 May to make decisions for “on time” applications

@British_Airways I need to push back the return leg of a reward flight by a day, but the only option in manage my booking is to cancel the whole thing and get nothing back - please tell me that’s not the only option?
