Higher - Kaiser Wilhelm IIโs abdication was announced before he even had time to consent to it! This was due to the unrest in Germany at the end of WW1, and political leaders were convinced this was necessary to maintain order.

@emdocherty1 Well thatโs another reason to mobilise and support each other. Instead of pitting RQTs against NQTs by comparing to other years, we should recognise that this is a problem that needs tackling together, especially when teachers are needed more than ever in the current climate.
