I’ve been trying to solve a problem in my own curriculum: how do we get students beyond spotting themes and actually thinking conceptually?
These Literary Lenses are what I came up with. Below is a thread on how they are designed to work.

Copilot for teachers.
As the Copilot rollout begins across the North of Ireland, teachers are gaining access to increasingly powerful AI tools through EdIS/C2k.
Here are four practical ways Copilot can support teachers while professional judgement remains central.
Teachers wanted a clear picture of what active learning looks.
The result: A framework applicable to any grade/content, filled with high impact effect sizes while allowing for innovation, creativity & teacher autonomy.
But the main thing: It's about learning.

I genuinely believe this will become one of the most important resources for schools this year.
A simple key message - inclusive teaching starts with great teaching for all pupils, not by planning different lessons or tasks and definantly not by lowering expectations.
Get it in one click! I've gathered the 16 key resources from my scaffolding collection - downloadable in just one ZIP file > https://t.co/UTBNpPASGy #englishteacher#gcseenglish
Another booklet - this time for GCSE transactional writing for students pushing to a grade 5. The work on commas as a pivot point was inspired by @DavidDidau. FYI, the infographic is AI generated.

'What? How? Why?' is a great framework for students to shape an effective literature analysis... the only things is, students need help remembering exactly what each step is asking. https://t.co/lsEtVJArzN

Fab CPD with teachers today. Continuing to draw on the work of @SCottinghatt we strategically paired staff from contrasting subjects, challenging them to ask each other ‘why’ when deciding how they would CFU in certain scenarios. Such rich discussion around adaptive expertise!🤓
