@BootsUK received only 2 out of 8 items ordered, asked for £97.69 refund for missing items & told whole order was delivered! I asked for carrier paperwork to show box weight to prove all items were not sent. Received email saying won’t refund & no evidence of parcel weight #angry

@johnlewishelp I bought a product with a 10 year guarantee that has gone wrong. Your latest system doesn’t show orders prior to 2018, so despite me having the order number/receipt apparently you “can’t do anything” so the 10yr guarantee is worthless? #SHOCKED #badcustomerservice

@BritishGas @BritishGasHelp Gas meter reading supposed to be showing on smart meter, not happened. HomeCare & Energy websites supposed to have been merged, not happened. Smart meter showing the same prices as yesterday. I cannot track usage or spend on energy. Not acceptable.

@lastminute Son booked 1st ever holiday- flights & 3 nights accomm 19-21 June (inc) in Mallorca. Flight back is 0020hrs on 22nd, which means he can't physically be in the hotel on 21st, why would you offer that flight and charge for 3 nights? Refund please #misleading
