@MirrorNow very poor research & knowledge!. Please, educate yourself before you preach publicly with your absurdities. Under the law, it is the duty of the RWA to provide basic care and maintenance for community dogs. For them it's attack or be the attacked coz they have been shooed , thrown stones at always. If that stops dog won't be aggressive.
