@RCEMLearning@ChrisWalsh05 Was trying to get my T-ACPs on to the app today but it seems to be missing from the Google Play Store. Anywhere else I can get it for Android? Or is it gone? My app still works on Google phone 🤷🏻♂️
It's day 3 of our Advent Calendar videos and comedian Jake O'Kane says thank you in his own irreverent style.
A new video will become available each day from now until Christmas Day. Thanks @JakeOKane !!

As attendances at EDs continue to rise, we’re beginning to see a return to crowding. Read our latest guidance on what to do if your ED is becoming crowded again after the initial COVID period here: https://t.co/GV5gImjkVB
There is a national problem with access to care. Many of my relatives and friends are experiencing it. It is obvious to everybody and it needs to be discussed. If we are not careful, the phone first system for A&E access will replicate the problem in EDs. @RCollEM@NHSGIRFT
So the nice wee awld pubs/bars of Ireland that don't do food can't open, only those that offer food. And yet, all I'm seeing at work seems to be people who have been in the open, packed bars, not having to pretend to buy food to drink who then get pissed and crowd the ED🤦🏻♂️madness
@AerLingus Still awaiting a refund from start of April for cancelled flight. Have a confirmation email from then. Emailed, tweeted and DMs since but still no response. Want to know what's happening
@AerLingus Hi, sorry its obviously a busy and tough time in the industry so understand the delay. I applied for my monetary refund of a flight that was cancelled first week of April but still no reply after 2nd April confirmation that I requested a refund. Any updates soon?
Important to explain these plans are at an early stage and do not mean anyone being denied access to the care they need, just divided up into different areas at an earlier stage to get the right care in right place at appropriate time + of course if they need to go A+E if needed
This is deeply stupid. The judgement is that an imaginary person, at some time in the future, might see “You live on in our Hearts”, written in Irish, not understand it, but JUST PRESUME it must be political, since it’s Irish and then…what?… feel uncomfortable? Unsettled?
Split EDs need more space. Is it time to move minor illness / injury back to the community and adopt the Norwegian system of no ‘walk in’ patients allowed. ED becomes referral only (ambulance, primary care, and 111). We cannot deteriorate back to ‘business as usual’.
As hospitals start work on getting services reopened we need speedy consideration as to how we keep patients and staff safe in EDs. Crowding and corridor care incompatible with IPC considerations (as well as there being all the other harms we pointed out pre Covid!!) @RCollEM
