Are you a Product leader struggling to explain the big picture? A KPI Tree shows how your metrics connect, helps guide decision making, and can be used to frame different areas of work.
I teamed up with @loomista to write this article on how they work: https://t.co/xlpqYRSAwK
Thinking Beyond and Listening for More is the title of the interactive session @_ShaunRussell & Emilie Lindström will be teaching during our Leadership Forum.
Join us, product leaders: https://t.co/odW8b7aOpp
Planning to join us for #mtpEngage Hamburg in 2023? If so, mark your calendars for June 30th next year - we’ll be back in #Hamburg for our 600+ product people conference once again 🎉. But we (@Loomista and I) have some BIG news…. (1/5)
@TracerBulletX@onejasonknight Yep! I almost quit at the time. The experience taught me about patience and suspending judgment until you've gathered better data... it's very easy to mistake an opportunity for a red flag, before you've really experienced the organisation
@onejasonknight Day 1, meeting 1, my new boss (the Head of Product) told me that they handed in their notice 2 months earlier and my first day was their last day on the job. Totally blindsided. But with hindsight, that terrible landing was the making of me. It created a space for me to step into
Berlin people: after a long hibernation, ProductTank Berlin is back and IN-PERSON! Join us on Oct 12th, for great talks from @MarcLamik (@Moonfare) and Ira Wissel (@flinkgerman).
We can't wait to welcome you back!

@rguillebert Not really, the chart's a bit misleading. There is a great deal more road travel to begin with (see: https://t.co/374JMdSsnz) so a small relative drop in road travel leads to a much larger increase in rail. Showing absolute numbers would look very different

👏Wow, what a great article from @_ShaunRussell : Overcoming Self-doubt: Strategies to Reframe Attention & Unlock the Mind of a Product Manager https://t.co/79GZNDCyci
"It was hours before my first ever public presentation about product management, at @producttank London. I was a bag of nerves. I thought my talk was going to be awful... But Matt did not offer me feedback. Instead, he asked one simple question." https://t.co/qIYnkvEQG2
@ElSatanico you make a surprise guest appearance in my new article 😉 No idea if you remember asking me this question, but it really stuck with me. Thanks! https://t.co/qIYnkvEQG2
@PaulEmbery The logic of your argument makes zero sense. One side is for self- identification, the other is against it. Therefore, you can't use amount of public self-ID to compare investment in the debate between the groups - they show their investment with different behaviours
@onejasonknight Rule of thumb: if it’s possible to add “even if I thought this was the right thing do, we can't do it” to an explanation, then it’s a weak explanation.
