@peplius@CollinRugg You can’t raise empathetic children if you yourself have no empathy. Arresting parents is ridiculous and people need to learn that they are accountable for their own actions.
The International Space Station flew over Hurricane Helene at 2:25 p.m. EDT Thursday, Sept. 26, 2024, as it approached the Gulf Coast of Florida packing winds in excess of 120 miles an hour.
Wow... my jaw literally dropped watching this video, can't imagine what it would be like to see this so close to home. My prayers are with these communities tonight. Please, when a warning is issued take cover immediately...don't second guess. 🎥: Chris Steinke, Fryburg, OH #ohwx
A must watch from start to finish with a calm sound of rain to tornado sirens being activated to a tornado moving through the area!
Things escalated quickly and serves as a reminder why to always take shelter during bad weather and especially when warnings are issued!
The individual who filmed, we were told by her daughter; "She ended up with a sprained ankle from the wall falling on her but was ok and blessed to be alive"!
She furthered said; "Mississippi weather is always bad so people in my town of Morton could not imagine a tornado coming through. There has not been one in that town in over 100 years or more. Also, the tornado was not supposed to be in that area. It was predicted to go in another direction. So if you do have bad weather please take cover!"
When your phone/weather radio or TV tells you about a warning issued for your area, please listen and take shelter!

This is the scene in Perryton, TX where a tornado ripped through the town within the last hour. Our field crews are on the ground, helping people who were hit in the northern Texas town. They report extensive damage & fatalities.
My goodness... it has been a while since I have observed this type of signature in northern Ohio. TAKE SHELTER IMMEDIATELY if you're within the red polygon #OHwx#wx
Woohhh this nasty storm in north Ohio. Anyone in Put-In-Bay & Cedar Point / Sandusky be weather aware of this tornado warned storm. Lot of action up there #OHwx r
I am very concerned about the overall pattern for tornado outbreaks this early spring as we finish March and into April. Long-range models show a pattern we see every 10 years or so - massive high amplitude storm system after storm system. Time is now to mentally and physically prepare for the coming weeks
