Refund was initiated for dress attached to order id 54271026684 on 19july by store representative (which actually arrived in store on 23 july which I didn’t even collect)

@ZARA_Care Ordered two dresses from Zara. Order ID is 54271026684. My estimated delivery date was 17th July. I went to the store on 19th July. But they told me that the product hasn't arrived yet. Requested for cancellation multiple times in these 2 weeks.

Now chat support says that the refund is already processed on 19th july but that’s from order id 53848132937 and not 54271026684
When the order only arrived on 23 july, how can i return the dress on 19th?

@JioCare Epitome of incompetency and utter negligence of customer complaints. Jiofiber internet is not working since 31st May and even after raising multiple complaints my words have just fallen on deaf ears. You have left me no choice but to raise this issue on social media
