@JioCare my office work is also hampered. Also, the calls don’t even go through — it just goes to the recorded message. There is no option to talk to agent. Haven’t faced this issue earlier. Worst service!! Send someone urgently. Please treat this on priority.

@JioCare I filed another complaint today, and they said someone will come in the 5–6 PM slot. In the afternoon, I called again and then they said technician will come in 6-7PM slot. It’s been 3 days, I am suffering. I am working from home so I need WiFi.

@JioCare Since Saturday, my Jio WiFi hasn’t been working. I had already filed a complaint. They initially said someone would come on Sunday morning. We waited whole day yesterday but technician didn’t come.
