@cineworld booked to see Project Hail Mary tonight using Unlimited at 19:30, can no longer make it.. won't let me book again for tomorrow at 12:20 and also won't let me cancel 19:30?! Sort it out please.

@cineworld I had to give it a miss, are you able to explain why I couldn't book using my unlimited? I had a similar issue last week, when I wanted to attend two films on the same day and it wouldn't let me book the second one.
